Radhika is a counsellor experienced in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy amongst others from the US, Singapore and Australia. She is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society.

Background & Experience

With a keen interest in people wellness and psychology, Radhika has over 10 years’ experience of working in this field, primarily with adults. Prior to working at Thrive, Radhika had extensive work experience in Singapore as an EAP psychologist with corporates like Credit Suisse, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft etc., in parallel to private clients.
Having broad experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, she focuses on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, work related issues, divorce and separation, women’s issues, life transitions and relationships. She is also trained in working with insomnia and maternal mental health.
She helps people make peace with their thoughts and emotions through counselling. When suffering, it is sometimes necessary to slow down and stop pushing – she offers a safe and confidential space for you to find your inner wisdom and do that. Radhika uses an integrative approach in her work, using tools from REBT, CBT, EFT, and ACT. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor. She offers counselling in both English and Hindi


Being an expat herself, and having lived and worked in Singapore, New York and India, Radhika has a multi-cultural perspective and understanding of the challenges of an expat life.
Having recently become a new mother in the midst of the pandemic, Radhika has a unique perspective of the struggle many people are facing in these challenging times
