Lisa understands that everyone – no matter how successful or “together” they outwardly appear – may be grappling with anxiety, depression, addiction, stressful life events or moments of simply feeling overwhelmed. Her counselling sessions delve into the unique circumstances faced by each client and focus on tailored treatment plans that promote emotional resilience. Lisa is a trained practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Lisa is originally from Canada and has lived in Singapore since 1998. Before entering the counselling field, she spent almost 30 years working as a broadcast journalist in both countries. In addition to counselling, Lisa is a media coach and trainer to executives at some of the world’s largest companies. She lives with her husband, two sons, a sweet-natured dog and two extremely demanding gutter cats.
