Lisa understands that everyone – no matter how successful or “together” they outwardly appear – may be grappling with anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, a painful break-up or periods of simply feeling overwhelmed.
Her sessions focus on helping clients regain their emotional equilibrium so they can embark on the next stage of their journey with optimism, peace and resilience.
Lisa also helps guide couples through challenging periods in their relationships. Even crises like infidelity or addiction can often be navigated successfully with a brand new version of the partnership emerging towards the end of the therapy process.
As an executive coach, Lisa is especially understanding of the unique stresses that can disrupt the relationships of senior executives and start-up founders.
Lisa holds a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University and has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Couples Therapy.
She is a registered member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (Membership number: F0062)
