Background & Experience

Kayleigh graduated with a BEd Honours Degree in Educational Psychology in 2018. She has worked in the Educational Industry for the past 7 years, working with children, adolescents and families through a systematic lens.

Currently completing her master’s degree in Counselling at the Australian University (Monash), she is training in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

Working with children and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds, Kayleigh appreciates and guides clients in a non-judgemental and personalised way, tailored to their specific needs. She is passionate about creating a safe space and making a positive difference in people’s lives. She believes that by providing support and the necessary tools, empowers clients to experience personal growth during challenging times.

Kayleigh’s goal as a counsellor is to establish a professional and supportive relationship with her clients, guiding them to acquire the necessary coping skills, strengthening their self-esteem, and promoting optimal mental health and wellbeing

Kayleigh is currently supervised by Cherie Chan.
