Jenn works with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns. She works collaboratively with the client to discover therapeutic goals, strengthen existing coping skills, develop healthy emotional regulation skills, and build self-esteem.
After living in London for three years, Jenn worked in various hospitals in Singapore, working in a research team specialising in psychosis, and in a psychosocial trauma team specialising in children and adolescents exposed to trauma. She most enjoys empowering her clients to overcome their psychological struggles, and developing their self-compassion in their daily lives.
Jenn delivers person-centred interventions that are formulated based on each client’s unique experiences and background. Her therapy modality interests lie in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), schema therapy, and mindfulness. She is passionate about working with individuals with anxiety, interpersonal difficulties and/or past trauma.
