Hayley provides support for children and adolescents, parents and schools. She received her training in Singapore and Australia, working closely with culturally diverse communities. She provides services in English and Mandarin
Hayley is passionate about promoting children and adolescents’ psychological wellbeing through compassionate and evidence-informed strategies in home and school environments. She has worked with children and adolescents displaying challenging behaviours, aggression, anxiety, social-skills and peer relationships issues, which may sometimes be related to conditions such as ADHD and ASD.
Hayley delivers customised child-centered interventions, grounded in learning and behavioural theories, quality education and effective pedagogies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P). Firmly believing in ‘it takes a village to raise a child’, Hayley is committed to helping parents and teachers understand, support and relate to their child/adolescent. This often involves navigating challenges such as discipline and safety, conflicts and peer relationships. Hayley also investigates and analyses learning profiles using psycho-educational assessments, including evaluation of learning conditions such as dyslexia and ADHD.
Most importantly, Hayley strives to deliver warmth and authenticity in her services, and she aims to establish a safe, trusting and nurturing relationship with you and the child/student you care for.
